In the unlikely case that your item is lost or damamged, resolution of delivery should be followed up directly through Sendle or Australia Post. Jaz Teegan is not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Jaz Teegan may provide a replacement for damaged or lost items at their discretion. Purchases made with an international address will not be fulfilled, and a refund may be given at Jaz Teegan's discretion.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns will be provided at the discretion of Jaz Teegan. You may request a refund if the item appears faulty, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way. You must provide photographic evidence for a request to be considered for physical products. Unless a physical product is proven faulty, or the service provided does not fulfil the described experience, you are not guaranteed a full refund by Jaz Teegan. If a return is accepted, Jaz Teegan is not liable for shipping or handling costs associated with return of physical products.
